My old Sendero 7mm Remington mag. Bought new when I was 14..best shooting mag I have !! Topped with a leupold vx3 6.5-20x50mmLR and a custom break from a retired machinist .

Just showing it off !!!haha she was stolen from me about 10 years ago and it was just an act of god I got her back !!! No way I letting it go again...I have bought some 168 gr. VLDS and some H1000 and retumbo I have never really streched her legs out yet, but would like to try.

wow thats a nice rig is it all stock or did you customize this bad boy, and if so what did you have done to it ??? I may have to invest in one if thats how they shoot.

cool. mine shoots like that too with the 162 amax and adi 2217 (same as h1000)
if you havnt tried the amax I recommend them. they put game down well. or at least deer size.

I would if I could find some ..I have some 30cal Amax ..but I don't use them for anything

Not much really.. Of course the break, and Devcon the action..that's it ..my dad had a 7mm mag sendero special ..that shot the same load Identically !! But it was stolen with this one, but never retured.

Tried out some 168 VLDs and H1000 last weekend at 200 yards..this is five shots from a cold cleaned barrel.

That's a nice looking, nice shooting rig. It's amazing that you got it back and it wasn't destroyed. I'd keep shooting the load you were using with that one hole group and say screw the rest. This might be a bit hypocritical of me though. I use the 162 Amax's, but might have to end up switching it due to the lack of being able to find any. I will probably try the Berger 180 hybrids or 168 vld's. Anyways...that's a very nice rig, shoot many deer with it? There are some good sized ones in your area.gun)
