You really need a lot more well lighted photos BUT I'd say it is German or Austrian.
The proofs I can see look imperial so before 1918.
Chamber casts will tell you what cartridges.
With guns like this, probably a GI bringback, condition and completeness is everything. Could be worth a few 100 or several thousand.

I'm pretty confident it's German. Something around 25-20 or 25-35 with 12 gauge on top. Lots of very nice engraving. Really hard to get many better pictures

Take it outside and photograph in natural light against a medium brown or gray background.

Get some whole gun pics from all 4 sides too.
