I recently purchased some Nosler brass for my 264 win mag, upon inspecting the brass which says on the box fully prepped ready to reload I measured the length of it to find out it is 2.485 and trim to length on brass is 2.490, so it is shorter than ive been trimming my cases to for years. Has anybody experienced this with Nosler in this caliber or any others? Should I use this brass or Not?

Just check my 264 brass and it is the same as yours. I have been using some, 50 cases, for about a year with no problems. The only thing I noticed compared to Rem and Win brass is that I got to pressure signs quicker, less powder.

Being short like that just means longer before trimming.

I did notice they seem a lighter than Winchester brass so ill load a little lighter and chrono them and see where im at, I was just worried them being short they would stretch out to much and cause issues.
