North Dakota senator introduces section line bill.

John Hoeven introduced a bill that will open up our national grasslands to be able to allow them to build roads on ever mile line. I have not been able to find the actual bill to post. I have called senator Hoeven, senator Cramers and governor Bergum's office and they are all for it. There is only 4% of ND there cannot be a road every mile and they going to wreck that too. It would never pass but I heard it may be hidden in the omnibus bill. Please call your senator and voice your opinion!
