Nikon Pro Turret Target Knobs

I have a Nikon Monarch scope on a Rem700 300 WSM that I have had for hunting. In the process of upgrading for long range hunting. Short of a new scope, am interested in feedback on the Nikon Pro turret target knobs. Also, can the 1/8 MOA turrets be used on a 1/4 MOA scope (my existing config is the low 1/4 MOA)?

The scope is a Nikon Monarch UCC 2.5-10X. I'm not sure if the turret are even made for the UCC?gun)
