Night Force scope question

I have a customer that asked me a question on his 5.5-22x56 scope with the R2 redicle. The scope is set for 22x for ranging from the factory, at what powers do the MOA calculations change and by how much (11x.... 5.5x ect)? I told him he could set up a grid target and check it, but it was too confusing to him.

are you asking if at 11x they reticle would represent 4moa verticle and 10moa horizontal??

The graduations are only correct when scope magnification is set to 22x. At 22x, the 2 moa graduations will be equal to 2 moa.

At 11x, the image is half-size, therefore the fixed (second focal plane) reticle represents double the value, I.E.: the 2 moa graduations actually represent 4 moa.

At 5.5x, the 2 moa graduations will be 8 moa.

That is what i thought it should be, but i wanted to be sure before telling him.
