New ZCO 420H

They kept a 36mm tube (increased weight) and limited elevation adjustment to 12 mils????? I was surprised to see that design choice.

I really hope the real world weight is less than what's getting advertised. As it sits, this ZCO420H is less than 4oz weight savings compared to my ZCO420, and still about 5oz heavier than my TT315M.
Where do you see 12 Mil elevation adjustment? Spec sheet indicates 26.

26 total MIL of elevation. But, once you zero and set zero stop, you get up to 11MIL in the single turn elevation turret. No more. But, 11MIL is a LOT for a hunting rifle. 39.6MOA equivalent travel. That reaches a long way out there. More than 98% of shots hunters would ever take.

In comparison to a TT315M, they get 12MIL in their dual turn 6MIL elevation turrets. I actually get around 11.6MIL from those with a 20MOA rail.

Oh yeah!!!

12 mils will get your 28N or 300RUM out WAY farther than anyone will shoot at an animal, sheesh it's going to get a 6.5 manbun beyond 1000. That's way more than a hunting scope will ever need and you still have reticle left at 12 mils for banging steel at a mile.

I'd need more magnification to get precise, at the extended distances. And a rare weather day in this swamp.

I'm becoming concerned that Lance has had the scope for 13 days now and no thoughts! Life must go on hold to get time behind it and inform us of his opinion! 🤣
I had 6 rifles I HAD to shoot last weekend for load development and fire forming brass.
The ZCO 420H WILL be going out this weekend!
