Just got this baby a couple weeks ago.
Specs:
Lone peak razor Ti
Proof research 28" sendero 1-8.24"
Throated for 195's
Manners eh-1
Timney Calvin elite 2-stage trigger
Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56
Hawkins long range hybrid rings

Weighs about 8.5lb on a bathroom scale. Haven't got a chance to shoot it yet but I think it should be a shooter.

Thanks. Vestals custom rifles out of Bristol,Va did the smith work. Yes they do 25 moa. It is also a Hawkins bottom metal.

It weights 8.5 pounds with the scope? I have a very similar set up but it isn't 8.5 lbs scoped. My stock is heavier with the manners game warden adjustable

I am hoping I will be able to. I will for sure just waiting for dies and some bullets.

Was able to do some shooting over the past week. I was able to get up to 3145fps with 195's and rl33 but I think I am going to settle on a load with retumbo at 3085fps.
