New RCBS loader??

What is that loader supposed to do so well above and beyond presses like the Rock Chucker...etc...etc.???????

1. It sets on top of your reloading bench rather than hanging down and getting in the way.
2. It is stouter than other presses.
3. It is new and of a unique design, which is kind of kewl.
