New Mexico Barbary Sheep?

Hey guys, have heard some rumors of barbary sheep in the Largo Canyon area in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. I guess sometime during the seventies ibex and barbary sheep were transplanted into the area but they caught a disease and died off. A couple of my friends said they have seen some barbary sheep in the area and I was wondering if it's true. I was also wondering if there is some sort of hunt I could draw for next year if there are barbary sheep in the area.

A lot of rumors but I have seen no proof and I spent 8 years working in units 2b and 2c. Until I see proof I am going to say no there are none there.
