New leica 1600 crf-b?

I just got off of Leica's website and saw that they offer a 1600 CRF-B rangefinder. I think B stands for an improved ballistics function. I did a search here for the "B" with no luck.

Does anybody have one of these? Would like to know if it is an upgrade.
