What is the best factory rifle capable of shooting accuracy to 1,000 yards ?

The answer is somewhat dependent on your definition of factory and definition of best?

For example Christian Arms has some 1/2 MOA guaranteed rifles for around $5,000. On the other hand, I have purchased the following "standard hunting rifles" - two Tikkas, three Ruger Americans, a Browning, and a Savage ranging from under $500 to $950 in the last 10 years and with minimal load development all shot sub 3/4 MOA out to 500 yards and have no reason to believe they would not hold that out to a 1,000 yards if I was capable of it.

I concur.
I bought one several years ago, marvellous accuracy out of the box. AXSR in 300WM is what I had. I'd do it again, but the stock was not to my liking.

Weatherby Vanguard (Howa 1500). Very accurate out of the box rifles. Especially with load development.

Budget, no frills. Any JP Sauer or mauser. For hunting, shooting steel.

Trump money, High end Sauer, for hunting As said above, Accuracy International for everything else.
