Brian Penley, is releasing his first run of a hard aluminum barrel blocks. He has continuing credentials as the professional machinist who does 1919 Browning bolts, lock frames, accelerators, etc., These are vented but may be ordered unvented or ordered longer or with larger diameter holes reamed for large calibers or HG uses. The first run is almost identical to the 2003 Iowa LG winning block. He has a gunsmith price and a highly competitive list price. I own the prototype fitted to a 300 wsm heavy recoiler and it is great; it makes accurate bedding fast and reliable. His E-mail is [email protected].
