New .338 Cal-210gr Hammer HHT

Hey guys, we got the first of the lighter weight .338 cal Hammer HHT's done. At 210gr this is a great combo for any of the 338's. And it's the first Hammer marketed with our new tip color! I'm leaving on May 4th for Africa and I still plan to be the first guy to shoot an animal with the new tip color, unless my wife beats me to it. Probably, but I will still be the first guy, unless one of you can beat me to it.

Never mind.Found it on website. 210gr tip length is .23" and 267gr tip length is .143". Thanks!

Yes. The hollow point with these is 3mm vs 2mm in the smaller tipped HHT's.

I think I have to give credit to our gunsmith! The longer we mess with it the more I like the color. Stands out and looks great.

Yes. When we run out of black tips they will all transition to the blue/green tip.

Seated to the shoulder your min oal would be 2.845". You could probably get away with seating a bit past the shoulder if needed.

We will attempt lighter HHT's in the 338. We just have to make sure we can get them to reliably open and shed the nose down to 1800 fps or better. Looks like you should be able to run the 210's at about 2800 fps.
