I have never tried it, but from what I hear , it is simmiler to RL 25..just more temp stable.
DON'T take my word for it , though, because it is just a guess on my part. A call to the MFR on Monday should answer your ???

In regards to your question regarding load info for the .300 WSM and RL 26..........I am shooting the 210 grain Berger VLD and sent the fine folks over at Berger a request for load data for that combo. Granted, it is not the 215 grain bullet you were asking about, but maybe you have some 210's you could substitute. This is the information I received back.

I found good results with IMR 7828ssc behind the 215 Berger in the 300 WSM.
Norma brass with CCI BR-2 primers. My middle and most accurate node is with 64.2 grains of 7828ssc with MV of 2757 fps at 85 degrees sea level through a 26" tube. These are loaded long with a COAL of 3.295"
