OK,
1. So first you need to create one account to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket
2. Log in to wwww.photobucket.com
3. go to IMAGES FROM YOUR PC
4. CLICK BROWSE
5. Choose your photo from your computer
6. Press UPLOAD
7. under your photo you will see 4 field (Email & IM / Direct Link/ HTML Tag / IMG CODE)
8 Click on IMG CODE and copy all the text from the yellow field (ex:

(double click on the field and than press CTRL + C)
9. go to longrangehunting.com
10. log in and start a post
11. press CTRL + V (PASTE)
12. YOU ARE DONE...
