Any chance you have a picture of the struck but not fired case?
I had an issue with my Timney trigger where the sear would not hold the firing pin back far enough to produce enough oomph to set off military primers, but had no problem with the factory FGMM primers. I called Timney, sent it back in to them to have a longer sear put in, and that fixed all of the non-fire issues.
Sounds like something is binding in the bolt though if you tried two triggers (one of them being a Jewel). Check for excess lube, grit or grime in bolt body.
Any issues feeding cartridges? Locking the bolt down? Extracting? Does the bolt run freely?
