Need help 7ra-7c ?????

On my ammo boxes for the 7mm rem mags, the federal power shock 150 grain box has a 7RA sign on it and the PMC 175 graın psp box has a 7C sıgn on it what are these? and would any one know the velocıty of the PMC 175 graın psp. l cant find any info about them on the net,the only thing l can find about the PMC ıs full metal jakets. what amo would this round be closer to eg. = federal 175, winchester superx 175.....
