Need data for 7mm RUM+180 VLD+Retumbo

I'm going to load some 180 gr VLD's in my 26" 7mm RUM and the slowest powder I have is Retumbo. I figure I'll try for 3000 fps or maybe 3100 if possible. What would be a decent powder charge to start at and what kind of velocities are you guys getting?

I asked the same ? about 168 vld for 7Rum.
Never got an answer. I e-mailed berger and got answers fast.
Loads for several different powders.
