Go to Wal Mart and buy a Remington Model 700 SPS for $414. Strip it and sell the barrel, stock, scope, bolt and trigger. You should end up with about $150 in the action. Just a thought.

This is true. A lot of guys do this and the takeoff parts are a dime a dozen so it's not necessarily a quick sale to recoup your funds. And it takes a lot of time on the Internet. There is a guy on accurate shooter.com. His e-mail [email protected]. Or you can search Hollywood1009. I believe the actions that he has came off of 204. Hope it works out for you.
