That's like using Greenhill twist calc instead of JBM. It might be close, but could also be far off. You can have 2 exact muzzle energies with 2 different burn rates that give 2 different gas volumes and exit pressures. The faster burning powder with less gas volume will give less recoil. It's like having a muzzle brake to disperse/redirect gas with less felt recoil.
