I have one in a .300 RUM. I have never had any problems. It is smooth, and feeds/ejects properly every time. I would consider it a very reliable action. But with that being said, I since built two more riffles, both with remingtion style actions.......

I know some people have had issues, but you will never find a product that everybody is happy with.

A nice feature of this style of action is the three position saftey. However, I just installed one from PGT on a 700 action. This is the best of both worlds.
