Meat shopping

My buddy and I put a couple of reds in the cold room this morning. We'll leave them hang for a fortnight then butcher them and into the freezer.

Ha ha, in a cold room mate. They wouldn't be very tasty after two weeks outside, 37C (98F) here today.
