SOLD/EXPIRED Mauser 6 mm with redfield 3200 24x

I recently acquired this rifle in a trade deal for multiple rifles. I do not generally hunt long range. My whitetail hunting is in dense woods in the thumb of Michigan. Because of this have decided to either sell or trade this rifle to someone that can get some use from it. It is a Mauser gew 98 made by obendorf kornbush in Germany. It has been rec chambered in 6 mm and has a 1:10 twist bull barrel. The rifle is well done and has a nice bore. The redfield 3200 24x adjustable power has clear optics and is in the 1000 serial block. The rifle also has a canjar single set trigger. I may have a trade made for the rifle itself. I have it at the gunsmith getting a full check on headspace, bore, etc. If it works out, the redfield will be for sale with rings and mounting blocks.

I brought my rifle home from the gunsmith. After a full inspection, it came home with a clean bill of health!! Good bore and throat, at least if it doesn't sell, I've got a shooter!!

I checked under the scope mount tonight. The rifle is a 1916 manufacture by waffenwerke oberspree kornbusch. It is still for sale or trade.

Correction from above. Its a oberspree kornbusch. The barrel is 26" tapered 6mm Remington bull barrel.
