Magnetospeed Unplugged Bayonet Error

So, I was at the range today. Al things going well and good. Set my rifle to the side for the barrel to cool, pick it back up and get an error that the bayonett is unplugged, when it was plugged in and working fine 10 min before. Anyone run into this?

Do you have anything you do to clear it out?

Maybe remove batteries? Wait for a bit then reinstall? I don't own one just guessing.

The wire on your bayonet is probably broken

It happened on my V3 right out of the box. I had a bad port. They replaced the bayonet, I was able to still use the other port that I didn't know existed.

Mine is not the V3, unfortunately.

My Healthcare Directive Instructions include.....when on life support, all appears futile, unplug me for 15 seconds, plug me back in. See if that corrects the problem.

Mine just stops at "unplug".

They still might be able to help you out, depending. They did make me track down a receipt though.
