M48 Independence trigger adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the trigger? I must have gotten the lemon of the group. My trigger finally breaks at about 4.5-5# after a loooong creep. The creep is so long that I run out of breath. Don't want one that is super light in trigger pull, just want to take out most to the creep. TIA

Bottom of the stock is one adjustment.

Take it out of the stock and on the back you will see the other.
