I am trying to locate customer service for Bix N Andy triggers in the USA. Does anyone have experience with this? I just ordered a Dakota trigger which usually comes with the bolt release, the screws and shims to install. Missing one screw and shim. Big shot in the dark anyone running one in a rig with external bolt release that still has them? Several attempts only yield Bullet Central 404 error for customer service.

Contact Bullet Central. They know a lot about B&A triggers. They have a number of videos on the B&A triggers too.

Thanks for the reply That was my first thought as well. Phone number says not in service and received 404 error message from email inquiry

I just tried the phone number and got a recording for Bullet Central saying they were currently closed.

Just for the record. I was able to get through to customer service today. They immediately took care of my issue. Other than the strange phone call yesterday the best customer experience I've had in a while.
