Looking for assistance

Are you looking for advice on powders, Brass and bullets?
Or are you looking for the actual load that others are using?
I have a couple of actual loads like Lance quoted, mine are from a 20 inch C3 Carbon barrel! So which is it.?

Both really. For brass powder and projectiles I think I'm good. Just have to load some up

For raw speed!
180 ELDM
ADG brass
CCI 200
78.7 grs LRT book max is 80 but the case was full to the brim at just under78
2999 FPS
Barely MOA

ADG Brass
143 Hammer Hunter
69.2 H4831sc
CCI200
3250 FPS
3.30OAOL
One half to three quarters MOA

ADG Brass
120 Hammer Hunter
CCI200
75.4 mag pro
3435 FPS
3.232 OAL
Half MOA

I can shoot it better with the Fat Bastard Gen2 break than with the suppressor. Let face it, it has some recoil!
Would not shoot the 180's without the break. I'm old and hurt from life itself, don't need any external assistance!
If you notice the groups got better as the recoil went down.

I'll throw another vote for H1000. Run it in several 7mm mags and generally always pretty easy to get them dialed right in. H1000 is pretty much my go to on anything overbore. Have some N565 here to try with the 7 PRC I have to get screwed together one of these days.

Don't have much experience with the 175vs tge 180 Bergers on game, so would be interested to hear some real world feed back from those who use both. Have a pile of the 180's here; like the H1000, the 180's seem easy to get dialed in.

I also tried175 Berger Hunter/ Tactical, tried two different powders ,seating depth, etc. Gun just didn't like them, and they were the 1st thing I tried, I wanted to shoot that bullet for deer.still have half a box of them.
Fierce CT Rival, carbon barrel. It shoots really well, and would hunt with any of the loads I showed. But its a PIA about cleaning. Must clean by every thirty rounds or accuracy falls off. Big carbon ring is the culprit. I love the PRC concept, all of them. But they require your full attention at all times, just remember when you are loading them that there's some really tight tolerance involved with this.
Good luck
Bill

Looking at getting some good load data advice for a tikka t3x lite in 7mm prc.

Any input is much appreciated thanks
Mine is 68.3gr Retumbo, 160gr Nosler Accubond ( not ABLR ) Rem 9 1/2 primers, Nosler Brass Gives me just under 3000fps out of a 24" barrel and 1.5" groups at 200m. .018 off the rifling.

That's pretty dang good. Thank you for the info.

I use the following in my Tikka T3x action with IBI barrel of 24" (all hunting loads, all very accurate, tested to 1000y):

1. Berger 175 EH
H1000
Peterson brass
F215M primer
2910 fps

2. Hornady 175 ELDX
H1000
Peterson brass
F215M primer
2915 fps

3. Peterson 195 EH
N565
Peterson brass
F215M primer
2800 fps

Were you touching the lands with the 175 Berger, I went from10 ths off to 40 the off and it never shot better than1.5 inches @100 Tried H1000, Retumbo and LRT. LRT was the worst at 2inches.
I might revisit it now this there's been a 100 rounds down the tube.

Not at all. Being all hunting loads, I needed them to fit an MDT mag (made for 300 Win Mag CIP dimensions, to fit a Tikka action). I use an MDT HNT 26 chassis. None of these touch the lands, all three loads are around 30thou off lands. They are all accurate within 0.5 to 0.3 MOA at 100m, and were relatively easy to develop the load for.
I had a problem with the 195 EH, which was showing excessive pressure signs when using H1000 even at mediocre speeds (in my IBI barrels, I have two similar rigs). GRT showed me the powder mismatch, so I modelled with other powders, and found out that N565 gets me great powder burning % and acceptable speeds, without excessive pressures. Developed the load, and indeed it worked fine for me.

N565 was the magic sauce for my 7PRC as well, with 180 hybrids. Extremely accurate and consistent.
