I've used Mark Miller Gunsmithing in Montgomery Mn for several builds. He's a one man shop so it wont be fast but his quaility is good. So far he's built me a 20 practical, and a 280 ackley improved. Both are shooters. He's building my new 6.5 creedmoor in a chassis.

He's closed sunday and monday.
