Load for .270 WSM

Getting ready to start loading for a friend's Browning A-Bolt in .270 WSM. I've got access to IMR 4350, H 4831 sc, RL-17, RL-22, and RL-19. Any suggestions for starting points would be appreciated. Planning to use 130 gr NBT and 140 gr NAB, WIN brass, CCI primers. Hoping to find something the Browning will digest well.

I have had excellent luck using RL-19 with the 130's. My current load for 140AB is 71gr MagPro with WLRM primers and RP case. RL-22 works well too.
