That is your best bet, however some have better resources than others.
FWIW steel sendero is prolly most like a sendero light carbon fiber,
Do you have a barrel in mind? If CF, from the ones I have had, they are really close to a CF sendero from breech to just before the end of the stock fore end. Then they taper a bit more than the CF sendero. Makes for ordering a stock as they always seem to have a little more "gap" in the channel as it gets up near where the barrel exits the channel.

Do you have a barrel in mind? I currently have a Sendero Lite by Benchmark (24"). I can measure some spots if needed. It is a heavy barrel compared to some of the other CF I have had.
^^^^ most MFG's have variations in profile. Follow FEENIX guidance and get it direct. Look for their "contour page".
