Is there a better rangefinder for this price range? Don't have the funds for the 1600.

The Lieca 1000r seems to be rated highly among it`s peers. It`s rated out to 1000yds. with excellent clarity in low light. It lacks the ballistic compensation features and the extended range { 1600yds. } of the 1600B.
