Yes, bought new in Spring of 2021 so it falls under the new warranty program.

I'm not real familiar with the Leica magnus models. The pictures I've seen of the BDC turrets on some magnus scopes look different than yours. Does yours have a zero stop and locking elevation turret?

You are correct. There are 2 versions of the same scope. 1 has the locking ring at the bottom of the turret. That turret gives you 9.5 mills of adjustment. This version has the zero stop turret but no locking ring with 12 mills of adjustment. I've never actually seen the locking turret on the 2.4-16 model in America. I'm sure if desired Leica would retrofit the turret but the scope would lose 2.5 mills.

For what it's worth, I've owned multiple Magnus scopes and I've never had one move a single click.

Im needing something with a smaller objective bell. Seems like things ride better on my pack with a 44 mm objective
