hello fellow hunters and shooters. I've been lurking here for a long time , but was reluctant to sign up and post. I am near Abilene Texas, a divorced father of two amazing kids-and a tattoo artist of 12 years. My go to rig is a mark pharr built rem. 700 in 308 in a manners t2 topped with a vortex viper 4-16 and larue 20moa base. I've rung steel out to 1000 at liberty hill with a close friend spotting and calling wind.(retired marine scout sniper) he helped me get my set up then helped me to learn my come ups etc. huge head start I think. I have smacked more than a few whitetail from 200yds out to my furthest so far at 413yds. And a coyote at 463. I find tons of useful info here so thank you all, and I look forward to learning more.
