Several of the largest ammo producers announced unilateral price increases so it can't go back to normal. Also, a fairly sure bet is that the government of the people will do everything in it's current illegal power to keep the supply extremely limited if not unavailable and make it next to impossible for law abiding citizens to enjoy their 2nd amendment rights.
