B BEEMAN Well-Known Member Joined Oct 20, 2011 Messages 2,286 Jul 6, 2017 #2 I have both a SHV and SIII. For just shooting steel I like the SIII in 8-32X56. Glass is good and so is the reticle. Both are good scopes. My SHV is a older model with the capped elevation turret.
