I've bought this powder to try in the 264 and 300 wm, but haven't tried any yet. I see where other have mentioned this powder, but still wondering if any have had good results with it?

300WM with 165's (according to Hodgdon).

I did see so recipes from hornady for 264wm (147-153gr). Nosler has listings on the 3 I use. Sierra list 100-150gr usage in the 264wm. I did find where sierra listed data in the 270win, but I don't use any of the 140 or higher weight. Sierra also shows 7977 for 300wm and 338lm of both I use. Hornady list it also for some of their 338lm data.

I've ran it in 300 Win Mag with great results, I run into pressure about one grain less with 7977 vs H1000. My go to is 76 grains H1000 with a 200 AB I get the same if not slightly better accuracy with 75 grains of 7977.velocity about equal.

I usually see it listed in data with 7828ssc. I think it hits fill before 7828ssc does? I have 1# of it and might give it a go? I've run ql against 7828ssc for comparison just to check fill and pressure difference.

I was using it with 150gr partitions in my 270Win looking for a good load before the Plandemic really sunk it's claws into the shooting world. What I was seeing was promising but then everything became scarce and I stopped. I have about 1-1/2 pounds of it left but no more of the Partitions.

I have tried it in 270 Win with ok results. It has worked great in my 270WSM as the picture shows. Not only was it accurate it also produced high velocity. If you don't have data for a bullet or caliber i would look for H1000 data and start at the lowest level and slowly work up.IMR7977 is very close to H1000 but maybe slightly faster. In my experience you will sometimes end up with close to the same weight of powder. Just my experience.
