Icons ?

I cant seem to use icons now. ok before,the no icon circle has a dot? I cant change? How do I fix,editing seems different also?Doesnt seem to edit,When in ok time frame

Sounds like as registry issue or you downloaded some updates that are conflicting with this platform (that's common). I'd restart your computer and then to a registry check.

I tend to use CCleaner. It's freeware on CNet.com.
