Perimeter fence + a bunch of goats to clear it out and open it up? Then get after the food plots?

Walk it with a scouting mind and determine the route deer will take or would take to travel through your prized border property.
Maybe sneak a peak of the 500+ property to help figure it out.
Next… fill your ATV spray tank with a defoliant ( can't name compounds) and begin to create the path to allow them to travel to your succulent food plot or protein/ mineral feeder.
This will keep cost down until you have it figured out.
Lots of foliage will fall early enough to get that first hunting season done to really get an idea of what comes next.

I am blessed enough to own 7.5 acres a couple miles from my house that I have a 200 yard rifle range. 100 and 50 too and a pistol range with quite a bit of steel.You don't have 13 acre, you have 572 acres. You need to find a way to bring them to your 13. FOOD AND PRIVACY.
But you have to build a shooting range.
