This is off base a little. Gee the Greenee are having fun with the Mountain Lions again in S. Cal. (aka Mexico-North). Another law voted in to help the lion. They wonder where the Big Horn Sheep with in LA range went? I believe that the sheep are all gone again. Like they say "Stupid".

After destroying PNW timber industry it turns out we need to kill 500,000 Barred owls to save the Spotted owl. We have wolves, but no Caribou in WA, and Idaho in spite of being afforded every expense.

If we focus on habitat preservation instead of a particular wildlife species, we would be better off. My daughter works with a bunch of eco zealots in San Francisco. Natural selection is now a difficult conversation for the two of us to engage in. If people think they can reintroduce species that are in direct competition with humans, they are trying to play god and will screw everything up.
Got to thinking somemore about this. There was a gamewarden in the El Centor area or somewhere along the real Mexico border that cared for wounded hawks and I believe other raptors. He feed them black birds and other types of animal or fowl. Shot them all with a shotgun and lead shot. Some of the birds he had for several months or longer. None of them die. They got a steady diet of shotgun birds.
He stated that he couldn't or didn't see any problems with them. He was against the stopping of using lead shot.
I stop hunting waterfowl when it require steel shot. Now they have stop any lead shot for any birds, and for any type of shooting of any animals. So I don't get a licenses anymore in the Mexico-North. I don't purchase any reloading componment or very little in this state either. Now It's my understanding they have put or putting a special sale taxs on anything that applises to firearms. it's an additional 11% if I remember correctly.
I can spend my money in other states, and some that don't have any sales tax either.
I watching the use of steel shot, I felt there was a lot more wounded birds flying away and die somewhere else.

I do feel the we need more sociology and environmental class to dumb down the college students even more.

Man, it's a drag when our kids want to argue with us from a stand point that has little to no basis in reality. Just wishing something were true don't get it done. My step daughter and I can hardly communicate with each other any more. She became a lefty in high school and got futher indoctrinated in college. I can barely speak to her any more, as the libtard crud she has learned to spout is so far removed from any sort of reality, it is actually heart breaking. Sad. I wish school's taught kids to think for them selves, instead of just parroting the garbage that the professors, who seem to be largely socialist leaning, profess. Huh.
