Howa 1500

Any of you guys have a Howa 1500, with the ventilated fore end? Looking at them serious for another rifle, The old ones are getting tired at looking at one another, need some new neighbors in the vault.

I have 2 Howas and my GF has a Vanguard. One of mine is a Custom 270WSM and the other is a 25/300WSM. Both shoot great! The GF's Vanguard is a 270WSM shooting 110gr Barnes Tipped Tshocks and shoots 1/2 moa. I think they are great rifles with a little trigger work or a Timney replacement.

I agree, the Howas make a good action and timney makes a trigger for it you can get at midway. I have several customs on howa actions and they are very good rifles.
