hornady ezeject trouble

have a hard time priming my cases on my ezeject
have to push hard on the handle
checked everything but can not find the problem
any of you have the same problem?

Is this the L-N-L AP press? or something different? I had trouble with my press and I called Hornady. They are very helpful over the phone. Hope this helps ya JohnnyK.
