Wife has a bear tag this year. She shoots the hornady 125 gr custom lite for deer. Will this be okay for a 30 yard WI black bear round? Thanks

Short answer, Yes.
I'd practice with those and shoot something a little tougher in case she pulls the shot into the shoulder.
Two holes in a fat Fall bear are always welcome, especially on an evening hunt.
The joy I am seeing now is there are lots of .308 to choose from!
