help with ring height plez

Just bought a DPMS lr-308, and ordered a mark 4 6.5-20x50 to put on top. The dpms has a raised rail which I believe is 1/4'' high and I plan on using burris xtreme rings... do I need the high or xtra high rings????

Im worried not only about clearance but cheek weld

Is your scope a 30mm tube? If it is like mine I used the low rings.

thanks for the reply joseph, but im mounting the scope on a LR308... its pretty much an a5-15 platform in .308.... the problem I will run into is that the stock and barrel are just about the same height as the top rail
