Help me on purchase and process using mandrel expanding die

I use Redding and rcbs comp dies with the bushings. I use Sinclair mandrel. I size the brass in the fl bushing die .001 under the mandrel size. Next I size up using the mandrel. Done.
Pm me if you like.
Brent, what Sinclair mandrel are you using?
The expander mandrel or the neck sizing mandrel?

Expanding mandrel. It's the one that lets the mandrel float and it's .002 under. Like .262 for the .264 cal.
Hey Brent, just to clarify before I buy a mandrel. You use the expanding mandrel that's. 001 less than bullet diameter which ends up .002 less than bullet diameter with springback?
Thanks again,
Randy

My Sinclair Expander Mandrel E26 measures .263 My Carbide and Steel Turning Mandrels measures
.262 with a Sturrett micrometers. That holds true through all 6 calibers that I have.
