Oops, I didn't mean to stir outside his goal. That was my bad.
Maybe you know this. Muzzle brakes get their performance from diameter, number of chambers, port angle, etc. I guess my point is when you drop down to a barrel diameter, 1 chamber radial brake, you don't get much braking function.
You might check Harrels's.

That's why I responded as such in #2. If the OP is willing to compromise, he has plenty of options. I have a variety of MBs since 2003 and radials are the least effective ones I ever owned. Like you, I had radials - Vais and Gentry Quiet brake (there is nothing quiet about it) on my .300 WMs and could not got rid of them fast enough. Unfortunately, I still have one Vais brake that with the rifle I bought used for the action.

We all know about your, let's call it dislike, for the Vias and Gentry. Except those who are loosing memory. I haven't quite reached that point yet. LOL

Most of the Harrel brakes do not give any specs or threads. I guess I could call Monday. Also found a guy SAS that has some he says he customizes too.Maybe you know this. Weird. Most of them have sizing clearly listed, but a few have nothing. Hmm.
As I noted in #2, a reputable GS can custom build it for you. If you go with SAS, you might as well send your rifle so he can blend it with your barrel so it does not show a break in the transition, as shown in the picture below.
ADDED:
You can consult with Nathan at MBM if his mini beast brake can be turned down to .610" safely. I this in 4-port on my 7MM SAUM. As with anything we can only advise, but you have the ultimate decision. Good luck!

If muzzle rise is the issue, I'd forget about a radial brake and look for a side discharge brake that has holes on the top. Top venting brakes can be very effective in eliminating/reducing muzzle rise.

I have m77 in .338wm with a vias style radial brake that someone put on the rifle. It is not a heavy barrel by animals. I have a idea that it probably going to be worthless, Just loud. Barrel not big enough for baffle style brake. Not paying $1200 to rebarrel.
