Hello all. Lurker for awhile but figured I would register.
I have a 7mm LRM for hunting. I'm fairly new to hunting and have only done pig in TX and some dove and upland game in AZ. Can't wait to get my first deer or elk. I've had unsuccessful deer hunt, turkey hunt and cow elk hunt already but they were good learning experiences. Hoping to get my first elk (cow) this year in NM.
I camp a lot as well. I was in the boy scouts as a kid so we did a lot of camping and shooting just no hunting.
I also have a 7mm-08 non-hunting rifle (too heavy) but I need to practice at some longer distances. I am hoping to join in on a LRH group hunt in the next year or two.
