So, did you completely change the ALL 6.5 124 gr bullets to the new shape?? That's my go to bullet in my 6.5-284 Norma

No. We did make a change but it is most likely to be abandoned.

Wyoming does counts on the number of animals per-hunt area and issues permits accordingly , landowner then draws for resident then nonresident . The numbers allowed per-area to be hunted are reached by several factors the weather, drought ,non-drought, hard winter , good winter disease and predation all play a part in it . Some land owners don't want any animals but livestock others try to manage wildlife numbers as well as stock numbers so the Game and fish dept. still has control of the wildlife licences sold and we still have hunting in Wyoming . In the 50;s Wyoming didn't have the populations of elk , deer, pronghorn , bighorn sheep ect. that we today because they are managed the way they are .

I understand all of that and applaud the way they've been managing the game populations. All I'm questioning is if the landowners are allowed "X" amount of tags but aren't going to use all of them, why can't they sell off the unused tags to the hunters that will be guided by outfitters on THEIR land? Why not get the revenue from unused tags. Fish & Game and the Hunters, outfitters and landowners all benefit. And it's not increasing the quota of tags available for whichever particular unit that is hunted.
