H/S Detachable Mag COL

Can anyone tell me the longest cartridge length which would fit into the H/S Detachable mag on a Rem 700 Short action?
Or an email address for H/S ?

The HS LA is 3.7" inside, Chris M. told me this. He might be the guy to ask for the SA length.
