Bottom metal/detachable mag

Flush was not one of your stated requirements. No, they are not flush.
Yes. I should of been more clear. Flush would not be a deal breaker. The HS or Hawkins would be just fine. I don't want the mag extending down 3-4" Though. Two or three round capacity is enough. I wish more companies offered it in a standard BDL inlet. I currently only have one stock with the M5 inlet.

That's why I went back to the staggered magazine feed system for the Remington 700.I too don't want a long magazine hanging down.
The Hawkins Hunter has the best solution for you I think.I have a belted mag and was told the belted mag does not feed all that well in that configuration so I chose the M5 bottom metal for Remington 700 BDL.
